Product Purchase Return Policy

• There are no returns permitted after 30 days from purchase. No Exceptions.
• Half or partial boxes of a product can not be returned. No Exceptions.
• There are no returns permitted for grout and cement after 30 days. No Exceptions.
• There are no returns permitted on special order materials. No Exceptions.
• All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No Exceptions.
• Cancellations are permitted as long as the materials have not been shipped from the manufacturer. No Exceptions.
• Any materials damaged during delivery will be replaced by Tile World Design Center within the first 30 days of purchase. No Exceptions.
